Male Jogger Dies After Being Hit By Vehicle

A male jogger died after being hit by a vehicle in Jefferson on Wednesday night, according to authorities.

Jackson Trail Fire/Rescue and Jackson County EMS responded to the 900 block of Doster Road and found the jogger with multiple injuries.

The patient was stabilized and transported in critical condition to Northeast Georgia Medical Center and later died early Thursday morning.
